 [Gaming.engadget.com] PSP vs. DS - Gaming - gaming.engadget.com: If you like playing games on the go, that are fun and allows you to kill a few minutes while waiting in line at the DMV, I would have to suggest you consider a Nintendo DS...if you want a multi-media portable that plays movies, music, and 15 hour epic-ale games on a system with a reported 3-5 hour battery life, than consider the Sony PSP, but be on the look-out for a wall with a electrical socket (remember your "GameGear") where-ever you take that thing cause you're gonna have to plug that puppy in...(kind of defeats the purpose of dubbing it "portable")so you'd probably be better off just playing your PS2 at home on a big screen instead of the PSP's 4 incher...IMO if you can't live leaving your house without your games, movies, and music you should either buy a decent laptop with a nice 17 inch and up screen or just plain get a life...go outside...play some sports...volunteer at the old folks home or something...In addition, how much music can you put on a 512 mb memory stick without compressing the hell out of it to the point of sounding like it's being played out of a tin-can??? Now think about how much near CD quality music you can store on a 20GB I-pod...
