[Deaglan on WordPress] Following the real time blogging coverage of Live.com by Dave Winer, Dan Farber and Michael Arrington yesterday was a real treat. When I started viewing Niall Kennedys live photo postings to Flickr I had my first deja vu moment.

Mucahid Akinci'nin Ev Sayfasi: Travis Kennedy, a part-time student at Palm Beach Community College in Florida who works at the Apple retail store in Palm Beach Gardens, is planning podcasts of a series of interviews, some of them recorded outdoors. He recently bought a Griffin iTalk mike, with a retail price of about $40, that connects to his iPod, and a Griffin lapel mike that sells for about $15. (via Cosmos)

Things That ”¦ Make You Go Hmm: I tried Paul’s test in Internet Explorer after seeing that the page wouldn’t load correctly in Opera (just the Windows Live logo and the search box show, nothing else). Live wasn’t smart enough to locate the RSS feed from this blog despite the fact the RSS aware code is used in the head. (via Cosmos)

Techdirt.: Microsoft, as expected, has announced their new "software as services" strategy, and it's basically taking all the "Web 2.0" buzz words, tying them up with existing Microsoft offerings and renaming the whole thing using the "Live" tag, which previously had just been used for the Xbox. Reading through the various comments from folks at the announcement it certainly seems like the "Live" vision isn't particularly clear. (via Cosmos)
