[Coolest Gadgets] There is one drawback to the JX530 though, it does not come with the effective Dual Image stabilization technique found in more advanced models, as you will have to settle only for a digital image stabilization. Then again, those who are more advanced in the field would shun this beginner digital camera and opt for something better in the first place, so that is not such a big deal after all.

[Coolest Gadgets] It just uses all of that kinetic energy and puts it to good use. It even has a small screen to let you know how much battery life you’ve managed to give the flashlight. It also lets you know just how many times you’ve managed to jump over that rope. This was designed by Hyun Joo Lee and Eu Tteum Lee. Of course that does mean that this is still trapped in the concept stage. Hopefully sometime it’ll make its way into reality though.

The gadget that makes Steve Jobs jealous

[Scobleizer] As a swiss designer working for Nestlé, for having met the inventor of the nespresso system and seeing here in Switzerland the massive investment maid by this company in term of production capacity (the last one is a 400,000m3 state-of-the-art facility that will produce and distribute 4.8 billion Nespresso capsules a year) I can say that what Steve Jobs should be jealous of is the massive money generated by these simple capsules and the (nicely designed ?) expresso-cash-machine that goes with it.
