American Express Gold Butterfly Card
[The Sporting Life] It’s a companion card to your current card that folds in half to fit into a tiny case. You only need to pull out half the card in order to swipe it, which in the grand scheme of things doesn’t really mean a whole lot.

Gaia Online Gets 8.9Mil in Venture Capital
[KamikazeLabs] Gaia Online (formerly “Go-Gaia”) is reportedly the largest forum on the internet, with over 3.5 million registered members, 600 million posts and an average of 30,000 people online at any given time. The massive funding round ought to help offload the administration cost of its 125+ servers, but is probably earmarked for more expansion into its gaming aspect.

Zwok ” This Decades “Scorched Earth”
[KamikazeLabs] and while you move your character, you aim your round and fire (all within ten seconds per round,) it doesnt really FEEL like Scorched Earth at all, but something vastly different, yet equally addictive. Im debating whether to recommend it, or to warn everyone of it because surely enough, this is going to eat up a LOT of your time, free or otherwise.

F-I-N-A-fucking-L-L-Y. she loved it. really. she damned near cried. it made everything worth it, seeing the look on her face. i took it home last night and set it up, and fell in love with this machine. 1.75 ghz, 512 ram, really lovely 15.4”³ widescreen, light as hell (5 pounds or less) and XP media center. shes gonna love it. just needs better speakers for music, and were golden...
